Live: Sourced outcomes
Learn about Handshake's new sourced outcomes feature on November 13 and 14.
Discover how sourced outcomes combine Handshake‑exclusive data (student profiles, uploaded resumes, and more) with publicly available professional profiles, to provide insights to help career centers measure student outcomes.
Choose one (or both) live trainings based on your needs and current setup.
Session 1 on Thursday, November 13 (for schools not yet using Handshake's First Destination Survey tool for data collection) covers:
- How to set up a First Destination Survey in Handshake, for historical reporting and using sourced outcomes moving forward
- How to create historical graduation groups and import key student details for sourced outcomes
Session 2 on Friday, November 14 (for schools that currently use Handshake's First Destination Survey tool) covers:
- How to work with the new sourced outcomes feature and filters
- Understanding where sourced outcomes data comes from and how frequently this information is updated
By the end of each session, participants will be able to define sourced outcomes, identify the data sources they pull from, and navigate the latest features for increasing your knowledge rate.
